Standard Cancellation Policy

Resolution Collective was built to better facilitate the Dispute Resolution process between people and practitioner. As such, we have a standard cancellation policy that is designed to cover cancellations should practitioners not have their own policy. Our policy is superseded by the individual policies of each practitioner and we encourage you to talk with your practitioner about their particular approach to cancellations.

Unless otherwise agreed upon by you and your practitioner, the cost of the session will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours. Cancellations between 72 and 48 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the session and cancellation between 1 week and 72 hours prior to the session will incur a fee of 25% of the cost of the session. Cancelations outside of one week will not incur a fee.

Rescheduling an appointment is not regarded as a cancelation and it is up to the client and practitioner to work out acceptable terms for rescheduling and/or their personal cancellation arrangements if they wish to differ from the above standard policy
